Overview

At CrackIndia, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:

• Option 1 (Via Email): Send an email from your registered email address to support@crackindia.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and full name.
• Option 2 (Via In-App Settings): Navigate to your profile/settings in the CrackIndiaapp and choose "Delete Account".

What Data is Deleted?

Upon verifying your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account profile (first name, last name, contact number, and email address).
• Your authentication credentials and identity records.
• All your practice attempt records, mock test scores, and analytics history.
• Saved bookmarks, question notes, and user preferences.

Data Retention & Timeline

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our active database within 7 business days. No personal data is retained for advertising or marketing purposes.
